PunchDocs is provided by J&J Technical Services. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account and for the accuracy of the invoices and estimates you create, including tax rates and amounts.

Your data

Your business data belongs to you. We store it to provide the service and handle it as described in our Privacy page. Keep your own copies of important documents (download the PDFs).

Plans

The free plan is free. Paid plans aren't available yet; if we add them, prices will be shown before you're asked to pay, and nothing is charged without your approval.

Acceptable use

Don't use PunchDocs for anything illegal, to send fraudulent invoices, or to try to break or overload the service.

No warranty

PunchDocs is provided "as is." We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or always available, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
