Can I take a deposit on an equipment install?
Yes. Add a deposit request as an amount or percent. It shows on the estimate or invoice, and when you record payments the status changes to partially paid and then paid.
Can I add photos of the old unit?
With Pro, yes: add up to six photos to an estimate or invoice and they show on the PDF and your customer's page.
Is PunchDocs really free?
Yes. The free plan includes 1 new invoice every 30 days and unlimited estimates, clients, and items, with no credit card. Pro is $9.99/month for unlimited invoices and the extras, and you can cancel any time yourself.
Can customers pay by card through PunchDocs?
Not yet. Today you put your payment instructions (check, Zelle, your own card reader, and so on) on every invoice, and record payments when they come in, including partial payments.
