PUNCHDOCS

Invoices & estimates
built for the trades.

Write an estimate on the tailgate, turn it into an invoice when the job's done, and get paid. Made for electricians, field techs, handymen, and small contractors.

Free to start. No credit card. Works in your phone's browser.

Fast on a phone

Big buttons, saved items and rates, clients on file. Build an invoice in under a minute, right from the truck.

Clean PDFs

Your logo, license number, and payment instructions on every page. Looks like you mean business.

Keep your numbers

Moving from another app? Pick up your invoice numbering where you left off and import clients, items, and invoices from CSV.

Estimate → invoice

One tap converts an accepted estimate into an invoice. Track draft, sent, paid, and overdue at a glance.

How it works

  1. Set up once. Add your business name, logo, license #, tax rate, and how you get paid.
  2. Write it on site. Pick the client, tap in saved items, and let PunchDocs do the math: tax, discounts, decimal hours.
  3. Send the PDF. Download it and text or email it to your customer, then mark it sent. Mark it paid when the check clears.

Made for how trades work

  • Job site, PO / job # on every document
  • Per-line taxable flag (materials vs. labor)
  • Percent or dollar discounts
  • Separate invoice and estimate numbering
  • Duplicate a past job in one tap

Questions

Do I need to install an app?

No. PunchDocs runs in any phone, tablet, or computer browser. On a phone, use "Add to Home Screen" to open it like an app.

Can I bring my invoices from another app?

Yes. Export a CSV from your old app, upload it, and match the columns. You can also set your next invoice number so your numbering continues without a gap.

Who is PunchDocs for?

Electricians, low-voltage and field techs, handymen, and small contractors who want to send a professional invoice without desk time.

Who's behind it?

PunchDocs is built by J&J Technical Services, a Central Texas low-voltage contractor. We built it for our own jobs first.
