Import your invoices from Invoice Simple

Step 1: export from Invoice Simple

1. Open Invoice Simple and go to Settings.
2. Under Invoice, tap Export Invoice Summary.
3. Pick a date range that starts before your very first invoice, so you get all of them.
4. Choose CSV (XLSX works too; not PDF) and tap Export.

Step 2: drop it into PunchDocs

Go to punchdocs.com/switch and drop the file in, or tap Choose your file on your phone. You don't need an account first: PunchDocs shows you how many invoices, clients, and payments it found, the date range, and what's still owed. Create your free account and tap import.

What comes over

• Clients (matched by name and email or phone, so the same customer isn't duplicated)
• Invoice numbers, issue and due dates, and PO numbers
• Tax, totals, and payments, so paid and unpaid invoices show correctly
• Your numbering: the next invoice continues after the highest number imported

Invoice Simple's export doesn't include line items, so each old invoice gets one line that says it was imported, with the original total. Running the same file twice won't create duplicates.

Once you have an account, the general CSV import brings clients, saved items, and invoices over from other apps; you match up the columns and confirm before anything is saved.
