PunchDocs is operated by J&J Technical Services ("we"). This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Account: your email address and a hashed password (we never see or store the password itself).
• Business data you enter: your business profile and logo, clients, items, invoices, estimates, and CSV files you import.
• Basic server logs: IP address, time, and page requested, used for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

Only to run PunchDocs for you: to sign you in, store your documents, and generate your PDFs. We don't sell your data or your customers' data, and we don't use advertising trackers.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in and protect forms. No advertising or analytics cookies.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your clients, items, and documents at any time. To close your account and delete its data, email sales@jandjtechserv.com from the address on the account.
