Can I send the invoice before I leave the job?
Yes. Email it from PunchDocs with the PDF attached or text your customer a link. You'll get an email when they open it.
Do reminders go out automatically?
With Pro, you can turn on automatic reminders (off by default). They only go to invoices you sent from PunchDocs, and never to paid or void ones.
Is PunchDocs really free?
Yes. The free plan includes 1 new invoice every 30 days and unlimited estimates, clients, and items, with no credit card. Pro is $9.99/month for unlimited invoices and the extras, and you can cancel any time yourself.
Can customers pay by card through PunchDocs?
Not yet. Today you put your payment instructions (check, Zelle, your own card reader, and so on) on every invoice, and record payments when they come in, including partial payments.
