Questions
Can I show one price per drop instead of every part?
Yes. Save an assembly (Pro) or an item with your per-drop price, and the customer sees one line with your sell price.
Can customers approve the estimate on their phone?
With Pro, yes: they type their name and sign on the estimate page, and you get an email. The time and IP address are saved with the signature.
Is PunchDocs really free?
Yes. The free plan includes 1 new invoice every 30 days and unlimited estimates, clients, and items, with no credit card. Pro is $9.99/month for unlimited invoices and the extras, and you can cancel any time yourself.
Can customers pay by card through PunchDocs?
Not yet. Today you put your payment instructions (check, Zelle, your own card reader, and so on) on every invoice, and record payments when they come in, including partial payments.
